Jemele Hill Had A Great 2013

Jemele Hill

One of my favorite sports voices today is Jemele Hill. She started 2013 as an ESPN columnist making appearances on various tv programs for the sports network.  She grew up playing competitive sports so she can provide perspective not just as a sports fan but someone who has experience as an athlete.

Jemele has such a major presence on social media with more than 200,000  followers on Twitter (where she is most active), and more than 21,000 fans on facebook.  She gets her ‘2 cents’ out there to which I usually agree with and she’s HILARIOUS. I love to see her go up against the guys with her sports knowledge. You can tell she loves what she does and does her research.   Her great chemistry with ‘Numbers Don’t Lie‘ host Michael Smith and her good friend, led to the launch of my favorite podcast, ‘His and Hers‘.  The dynamic duo are also started co-hosting ‘Numbers Don’t Lie’ this year.  If you do not subscribe to/record these shows, add them to your New Years resolution to-do list for 2014. You’re missing some good stuff!

Here is ‘Numbers Don’t Like’ 2013 year in review:

It’s great to see a fanatchick doin’ her thang!
Congratulations to you and can’t wait to see your star continue to rise in 2014.
Keep up the great work Jemele!
